Orderfellow Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Orderfellow subscriptions. Our order process is handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Orderfellow offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.

1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all Orderfellow orders, and Dreamspot LLC is the merchant. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
If Orderfellow is not right for you for any reason, email support@orderfellow.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No questions asked.
3. Free trial
Orderfellow subscriptions can start with a free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged. Your first payment happens only when the trial ends, and the 30-day guarantee runs from that first payment.
4. Renewals and cancellation
Orderfellow is a recurring subscription that renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly for a monthly plan or yearly for an annual plan. You can cancel at any time from the Subscription section inside Orderfellow, or by emailing support@orderfellow.com. Cancellation stops all future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date.
5. How to request a refund
You can request a refund in any of these ways:
- Email support@orderfellow.com.
- Open your Paddle receipt, linked in your order confirmation email, and select "Request a refund".
- Go to paddle.net and choose "Request a refund".
6. Refund processing
Refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
