1. Scope and seller of record

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions to Orderfellow, a platform for order, team, and field operations management. It is part of the Terms of Use; where this policy and the Terms of Use address the same point, they are intended to be read consistently.

All amounts are charged in United States Dollars (USD) by Dreamspot LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, the seller of record. Any local-currency figure shown in the interface is an approximate, non-binding convenience conversion; the USD amount is what is actually charged.

2. Fees are non-refundable

Except where a refund is required by mandatory applicable law, all subscription fees and charges are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, or features you chose not to use.

This means that if you cancel partway through a paid period, you are not charged again at the next renewal, but the fee already paid for the current and any past periods is not refunded.

3. How cancellation works

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time, and you stay in control of when renewals stop.

  • Cancel from the Subscription section inside the service, or through the secure Stripe-hosted customer portal linked there.
  • Cancellation stops all future automatic renewals and recurring charges.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — it does not end your subscription immediately.
  • You keep access to your paid plan and its features until the end of the period you have already paid for; after that, the account reverts to the free baseline.

4. Free trials

Where a free trial is offered, it is available once per business and requires a valid payment method up front. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription and your payment method is charged in USD. To avoid the first charge, cancel during the trial from the Subscription section or the customer portal.

5. Your data after cancellation

We do not delete your tenant data when you downgrade or cancel. Data is retained in accordance with the data-retention terms of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, and over-limit records created on a higher plan stay readable after a downgrade — only the creation of new records beyond your current plan limits is restricted.

If you want your personal data deleted, you can make a data-deletion request as described in the Privacy Policy. Some data may still be retained where retention is required by law, for fraud prevention, backup integrity, unresolved disputes, payment records, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

06

6. Business use and statutory withdrawal rights

The service is offered and sold for business, professional, organizational, or administrative use only, and you purchase as a business and not as a consumer. To the extent you might otherwise qualify as a consumer, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period (including any 14-day right of withdrawal) that might otherwise apply.

Nothing in this policy removes any mandatory consumer or local-law right that cannot be waived by agreement. Where mandatory law requires a refund or withdrawal right that cannot be excluded, that law prevails over this policy to the extent of the conflict.

7. Contact

For questions about cancellation, billing, or a refund you believe is required by mandatory law, contact support@orderfellow.com or info@orderfellow.com. Please include the business name and the relevant subscription or invoice details so we can identify your account.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is published at /legal/refund-policy and applies to renewals and new purchases made after its effective date, to the extent permitted by law.
